Beautiful Schoodic Peninsula, 4 miles east of Bar Harbor Maine as the crow flies. We had a delightful day there, a relatively quiet place. It is the only part of Acadia National Park located on the mainland, boasting granite headlands. A lovely place for a picnic and many photo opportunities.
